Building on the work already undertaken at previous meetings, Cwm Taf University Health Board continues in its commitment to create opportunities that will update and encourage groups and individuals living in the area to express their views on current health care provision and/or future service planning.
Health Board staff will be presenting on developments in Older People’s Mental Health Services; Breast Cancer Services; and further to the GP of Horeb Surgery giving notice of her intention to terminate her contract with effect from July 31st 2016, we will also be providing advice for anyone needing to re-register at a neighbouring GP Surgery. The Primary Care team and local GP Practices will be present to support patient re-registration.
