At Cwm Taf we make every effort to give the best possible care to every one of our patients and we like to recognise our staff’s good work.

If you would like to thank a member of staff or a team that have gone above and beyond the call of duty then we have several methods which you can use to make sure they get the recognition they deserve.

Social Media

We love to hear from our patients, and social media gives us the perfect platform to ensure that everyone hears about the great service you have received. Please visit our Facebook page and/or Twitter page to leave your comments.

Send a thank you

A simple thank you goes a long way. If you would like to send a simple thank you to the Health Board or to a specific member of staff or a team then please e-mail CTUHB_PALS@wales.nhs.uk and we will endeavor to get your thanks to the staff involved

Recognition Awards

Do you feel that a member of staff has made a positive impact on your care? Every year we ask for patients and/or their families to nominate staff for a recognition award. Please write to the Communications Team at.
